"We've had a wonderful experience working with Kelly. She is very professional, responsive and always goes above and beyond to understand our hiring needs. Godshall consistently provide qualified and reliable candidates. Our entire showroom is all Godshall Employees. We truly value our partnership with Godshall."

"Katherine Ericson & Catherine Culler are some of the best recruiters I know. If we aren't using them for recruiting, then I am constantly sending candidates their way. I really like that Godshall does not work our requisitions any less if we engage multiple recruiting firms. While I would like to offer exclusivity to one firm, our leadership would prefer that I incorporate multiple recruiters so that we are sourcing a multitude of qualified candidates. Usually, I offer exclusivity for a couple of weeks, then after that, I will engage another firm to help with the search. Other local firms tell us they will work our requisition less if other firms are engaged due to being "high risk, low reward." Totally understandable; however, Katherine has always welcomed the challenge of finding the best regardless of who else may be working it. She has more of a "challenge accepted!" attitude, and we love that about her/Godshall."

"I love working with Godshall. We asked for 4 positions to be filled. They were all filled quickly with amazing people who are still employed today! Working with Katherine has been absolutely wonderful!"

"The People are all great to work with. Awesome crew."
